Ⅰ. Pipe Introduction:
PPR-AL-PPR aluminum plastic composite pipe is consisted of five layers. The middle layer is thin aluminum, outer layer is PPR, and inner layer is PPR. There is imported heat glue which is extruded by high temperature and high pressure.

Ⅱ. Application:
1).Distribution for cool and hot water
2).Connecting pipe for air-conditions
3).Pipes for heating and cooling setting in solar energy system
4).Pipes for kinds of high-temperature and low –temperature heating system.

Ⅲ. Advantage:
1).Low expansion coefficient, not easily deformed and more aesthetic;
2).Oxygen impermeability therefore eliminates bacteria and more-organism growth inside the piping system to ensure cleaner water and better sanitation.
3).Anti-UV prevents material from oxidation, providing longer service life.

Ⅴ. Installation Instruction:
Welding steps of PPR-AL-PPR composite pipe and fitting
1).Cutting the pipe
2).Peeling the thin outer cover and the middle layer of aluminum alloy
Note: For best peeling result, PALCONN specially designed peeling device is recommended.
3).Inserting in pipe and fittings in thermo fusion welding device and heating simultaneously
4).Insert the heated pipe into fitting without rotation, and the angel between the pipe and fitting shall not be greater than 5 degrees.
